Supporters of Biafra Trial Speak Out!
Attourney Joseph E. Schmitz posts a reminder those that wish to promote peace should encourage self determination and not try to silence it.
Independent observer John Rossomando posts on X his obervations of PM’s trial. He notes that Finland’s conviction of Prime Minister Simon Ekpa was based on allegations that would have been dismissed as hearsay in a US court and was circumstantial at best.
He further notes that “The trial court failed to produce direct and immediate evidence as to Ekpa’s personal involvement…No American court would prosecute Ekpa for what would be treated as 1st Amendment issues.”
