On 25th may, 2023. H.E Mr. Simon Njoku Ekpa awarded with the honour of Ambassador of peace at the African Day celebration in Helsinki Finland by the Universal Peace Federation UPF.
Ambassador for Peace – is a title presented by Universal Peace Federation to individuals as recognition of their peacemaking merits. This title entrusts the mission to serve humankind for the sake of universal well-being.
Ambassador for Peace is a leader in all public spheres devoted to formation of harmonious world community realizing Peacemaking Principles of Universal Peace Federation.
Recognizing activities of leading Ambassadors for Peace, whose work contributed to establishment of bridges between different countries and being conscious of the importance of inheritance of knowledge and experience.
Launched in 2001, Ambassadors for Peace is the largest and most diverse network of peace leaders. As of 2020, there are more than 100,000 Ambassadors for Peace from 160 countries who come from all walks of life representing many races, religions, nationalities, and cultures, and commit to:
